    That's an awful story, pss3. I am so glad your sister was unharmed. In all the years I worked retail, I never had to deal with an armed robbery, thankfully. I did catch many shoplifters though. Pitiful.

    My sister in law worked at Toys r Us last year for the holiday season and it is a thankless and at times dangerous job. Unfortunately a lot of shoplifters visit during those overnight hours and while attempting to stop a lady with an entire cart full of toys, my sister in law had a gun pulled on her. Of course she ran away from them at that point and thankfully she escaped unharmed. It is just sad these days how bold people are about stealing. After the incident my sister in law decided that working a few extra hours for Christmas money was not worth it. My heart goes out to those folks working overnight, hopefully the stores around here have a security guard.
