SENATE: The state Senate is scheduled to finish work on a bill that would make "revenge porn" a felony in some cases and a bill that would keep North Carolina from taking action to implement federal air quality rules. HOUSE: House members are scheduled to finish work on a bill designed to help restart executions in the state. The session convenes at 11 a.m.
BUDGET: The House Appropriations Committee meets at 1 p.m. and is scheduled to take public comment on the Senate version of the budget.
