Parents in the Triangle are sleepy and Irene Gouge, a once tired mom herself and owner of Loving Lessons Pediatric Sleep Consulting, has heard many of the stories.

Nearly four years ago, Gouge opened up her business, which counsels parents of babies to grade schoolers who just can't seem to get a good night sleep.

Business has been good since I featured Gouge back in 2012. She now leads regular classes at Triangle area Babies 'R Us stores. She also offers online and in-person help to parents and kids struggling with sleep.

She shared sleep tips here on Go Ask Mom back in 2012. I caught up with her this month to check in and get some more tips for parents, especially those with babies and toddlers.

Gouge shares her first tip today - about helping babies and toddlers who get up way too early. Check in during the coming weeks for more great advice from Gouge.

Go Ask Mom features local moms every Monday.
