I wrote yesterday about the benefits of tinkering for kids. Fiddling around with projects and hands-on tasks can help them build all kinds of skills, according to experts at the Museum of Life and Science, including critical thinking, fine motor skills, teamwork and more.
Today, the Durham museum shares a couple of super easy projects you can do with your kids. The museum is hosting a series of family tinkering workshops - the next one is Oct. 13 and Oct. 14.
