Raleigh, N.C. — A service outage affected Time Warner Cable customers across both North and South Carolina Sunday, according to a company spokesman.
The outage last approximately 90 minutes, and all service was restored around 12:30 p.m.
Spokesman Keith Poston said the outage was caused by a mechanical issue and affected all digital video customers in the Carolinas.
