Tickets on sale for Waverly Place's Snow Day

If there hasn't been enough snow for you this winter, so far, Cary's Waverly Place has an opportunity.
Tickets are on sale now for its annual Snow Day event, scheduled for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 21, at the Cary shopping center at the corner of Kildaire Farm and Tryon roads. The event includes sledding on two different sledding hills with snow made by Snow My Yard.
Tickets are $8 for each of the four one-hour sessions. The ticket includes the use of a special sled during the event.
Saturday happens to be a makeup day for year-round students in tracks 1, 2 and 3, but organizers say that there will be time for them to attend. The hills will be open until 3 p.m.
