— Police are looking for three men wanted in connection with an armed robbery early Sunday in Wilson.

Authorities said the man reported around 5 a.m. that he had been robbed at gunpoint while walking near Pettigrew and Nash streets and that the three men fled with his cellphone and some cash in a white Toyota Camry with tinted windows.

The car was last seen headed toward U.S. Highway 264 via Martin Luther King Boulevard, police said.

Descriptions of the men were vague. One was described as wearing a white hooded sweatshirt while another was described as wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and being armed with a handgun.
