Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police detectives on Sunday released surveillance photos of three men outside a local nightclub who are wanted in connection with a shooting last month.
Police responding to a report of an injured man in the 1600 block of New Bern Avenue around 1:30 a.m. Dec. 26 found the 39-year-old victim and had him taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Authorities have not released his condition.
Investigators said the victim had been at The Royal James Lounge in downtown Raleigh and had accepted a ride from the three men. After leaving the club, however, they ordered him out of their vehicle and shot him, police said.
Descriptions of the men were vague, but police described one as a light-skinned black man with dreadlocks. The two other men are believed to be in their teens or early 20s, police said.
