"I don't think they can be prosecuted. They must just all have the same disease as the main character from 'Superbad'."

It's not a big deal - something like 8% of kids do it.

At least we know how the RPD has been spending their time. They have not been wasting it on those petty crimes like murder or rape, they have been going after the real bad guys, the painters. Good job RPD, I just hope you did not put yourdelves in too much jeopardy brining these bad guys and girl in. Did anyone have to shoot any of the suspects????

The judge should make them all wear a sign around their neck that says "Im a(illustration of what they painted)for the damage I have done"

For Joeline007p- I don't live in la la land, but these kids are 17, 18 and supposedly 27. Not EVERYTHING is the parents fault! People make their own stupid choices!! This one young girl and the two males obviously made a stupid mistake that should cost them and the young lady's parents a chunk of change! But don't always blame everything on the parents. Hopefully you won't have to one day say its my fault if one of your children screws up!

It is interesting to know and have proof of pictures showing WHO committed this crime. Yet the parents probably said, not my children, they are innocent. What darling angels you have! lol You neve know what your child is doing unless they are faced to face with you. A little jail time may teach them something.

"I wonder what their hand signs looks like?"

They hold their hands about 12 inches apart, palms facing each other. (Try this at home).

If the damaged totals $5000 or more it's a felony right? Or is that just for vandalism? Why not a vandalism charge?

Gork - "Take a pill/" Obviously you haven't been a target. I had a jet ski stolen from my yard and damaged beyond repair cosmetically. They caught the thieves and that led to many more charges. The assistant DA handling the case called me before trial on one of the young bastages because I had called the DA. He said, "You are only out your deductible, right? What $500?"

All he was going to go after was my out of pocket. I explained that the jet ski would never be like it was before the theft, and he went after him for total damages (more than insurance paid) and the boy had to pay up or fact lockup.

The justice system is broken. These idiots need to pay the piper. Whatever the cost.
