Three charged after machine guns stolen from Goldsboro gun shop
Three men have been charged with stealing a cache of weapons, including two automatic machine guns, from a Goldsboro gun shop, authorities said Wednesday.

Wayne County deputies said they have recovered most of the stolen firearms, including both machine guns.
Benjamin James Carraway, 24, no address available, and Quandre Roshawn Weeks, 20, of 804 N. Pineview Ave. in Goldsboro, were charged with four counts each of possession of a weapon of mass destruction and transport of a weapon of mass destruction and one count each of breaking and entering, larceny and possession of stolen goods. Weeks also faces two counts of selling or delivering a weapon of mass destruction.
Kevin Dejuan Walters, 23, of 705 E. Holly St. in Goldsboro, was charged with two counts of possession of a weapon of mass destruction and one count each of possession of a stolen firearm, transport of a weapon of mass destruction and selling or delivering a weapon of mass destruction.
Weeks was being held Wednesday in the Wayne County jail under a $300,000 bond, while Carraway was being held under a $225,000 bond and Walters was being held under a $105,500 bond.
WT's Gun Shop was burglarized on May 14, and three 9-millimeter handguns, seven .45-caliber handguns and two automatic .45-caliber machine guns were stolen, authorities said.
Mount Olive police recovered one of the stolen handguns on May 21, and evidence led investigators to one of the machine guns and another stolen handgun, authorities said. Further investigation led authorities to the other machine gun on Wednesday.
Sheriff Carey Winders said the case remains under investigation, and more arrests are possible.
