Posted September 28

Three Bears Acres is an outdoor, recreational farm for children of all ages.

Three Bears Acres, the sprawling outdoor play space in north Raleigh, is working together with Pediatric Possibilities to offer a special day of play for kids with special needs and their families.

The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, at Three Bears Acres, 711 Beaver Dam Rd. Kids and families can have fun across Three Bears' 50 acres, which includes a 300-foot slide, tree houses, paddle boats, a jumping pillow, paint wall, mud kitchen, sling shots, an obstacle course and more.

Admission is $10 per child. Adults get in for free. Pediatric Possibilities is an occupational therapy clinic in Raleigh.

Three Bears Acres' fall fun activities begin Sunday with hayrides, a pumpkin playground, pumpkins for kids, s'mores and seasonal food items in the Paws Cafe.
