Fayetteville, N.C. — Fayetteville police on Thursday said threats have been made to the family of Quintien Terrell Swann, the suspect in the murder of Victor Cirello, that occurred Monday on Boxwood Lane.
Authorities on Wednesday charged Swann, 17, of the 900 block of Gillis Street, with first-degree murder in connection with Victor Cirello's death.
Officers responded to the shooting at about 2:20 p.m. and found Cirello, 63, inside the mobile home park office with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Police said three men were seen fleeing the area.
Officials said they have been in contact with both families throughout the investigation and each family has been cooperative.
Swann’s location remains unknown, and police are encouraging friends and family to have him surrender to authorities.
