Rx Wine Lab has teamed up with former Piedmont chef Ben Adams and The Pig Whistle's Wyatt Dickson for a popup Pop-nic tonight featuring a whole hog barbecue and a selection of Rose. Tickets are $65. This fall Adams and Dickson are opening Picnic, a modern roadside barbecue joint in north Durham, so this is a great sneak peek of that!
Midtown Beach Music Series continues tonight in North Hills with The Tams. Show is free and starts at 6 p.m. in the commons area.
Enjoy some great, local comedy at The Dangling Loafer at Kings Barcade in Raleigh tonight. Tickets are $5.
Help Safe Haven for Cats raise some money and have fun during the annual "Cats"sino Royale night at the Step to Gold International Ballroom in Raleigh. Tickets to this casino-themed night are $30 per person or $50 per couple.
