RALEIGH, N.C. — Our best bets to get you through the workweek include lots of live music.
Monday
Enjoy some baseball! The Durham Bulls take on the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs. First pitch is at 7:05 p.m.
Tuesday
Lots of shows tonight! Taylor Swift plays PNC Arena in Raleigh, while Michael McDonald takes the stage at Carolina Theatre of Durham. At Red Hat Amphitheater, Third Eye Blind and Dashboard Confessionals will perform.
Wednesday
Great concerts continues tonight with the Picasso at the Wheel Tour featuring Train, Matt Nathanson and The Fray at Walnut Creek Amphitheater in Raleigh. And Alabama Shakes play Koka Booth Amphitheatre.
Thursday
Mumford and Sons play Walnut Creek Amphitheatre tonight in Raleigh.
Two free concerts happening tonight.
The Midtown Beach Music Series at North Hills continues with the Entertainers. And the Back Porch Music on the Lawn Series at American Tobacco Campus in Durham will feature Jim White and The Parkway Handle Band. Jim White vs. The Parkway Handle Band.
Also tonight, Playmakers will be sharing new information about their 2015-16 season and taking your questions at the Paul Green Theater. Admission is free, but space is limited so RSVP.
Friday
The Downtown Raleigh Movie Series continues tonight with "Back to the Future." The show starts at 6 p.m. and it's free admission.
