RALEIGH, N.C. — The popular Downtown Raleigh Farmers' Market kicks off with a Pig Pickin' and "Driving Miss Daisy" continues at Fletcher Opera Theater.

Monday

Start the workweek off with some laughs with the Cure for the Mondays Comedy Night at Tir na nOg. The show, featuring local comedians, is free.

Tuesday

The last NC Beer Month event, originally scheduled for last Wednesday, is tonight. Head to the NC Museum of Art for the Wake Brewers' Wrap Party. This is a fundraiser for the SPCA, so dogs are welcome. The event features local breweries, like Gizmo, Bombshell and White Street, and food trucks.
The popular theater production "Driving Miss Daisy" continues today through Sunday with evening and matinee shows. Starring Sandy Duncan, it tells the story of an unlikely life-changing friendship between an elderly southern Jewish Matriarch, Daisy, and her chauffer.

Wednesday

The Downtown Raleigh Farmers' Market is opening with a Pig Pickin' celebration. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., enjoy barbecue from The Pit, beer from Crank Arm and live music from The Outliers. 

Thursday

The "Find You Cool" Summer Concert Series in Durham kicks off with the South Carolina Broadcasters. The show in CCB Plaza is free and begins at 7 p.m.

Friday

Support CAM Raleigh with a fantastic annual fundraiser. Arthouse 2014 features vibrant cocktails, dazzling food, incredible music and the opportunity to bid on a capsule collection of unforgettable art and culture.
