RALEIGH, N.C. — Our picks to help get you through the workweek in the Triangle.

Monday

The Carolina Railhawks, Backyard Bistro and the Town of Cary have teamed up to host a World Cup Watch Party at WakeMed Soccer Park. Gates open at 4 p.m. for the McDonald's Fan Fest that includes soccer jugglers, Brazilian dancers and more. You can watch the USA take on Ghana at 6 p.m. on the Railhawks' giant video board. 

Tuesday 

Lafayette Village hosts its weekly music series with the Magic Pipers Band from 6-9 p.m. 

Wednesday 

Sample a variety of downtown Raleigh restaurants during the latest Dishcrawl event. These events take you to three different restaurants where chefs provide fantastic offerings and give you a little info about their establishments. Tickets are $45 for the meal and $70 if you want to have the wine pairing option. 

Thursday 

Tommy Edwards & the Bluegrass Experience headline the Pickin' in the Plaza show in City Plaza in downtown Raleigh on Thursday night. This free bluegrass show will also feature food trucks and local beer. 

Friday 

The American Dance Festival continues with the debut of Ballet Hispanico Friday and Saturday nights at the Durham Performing Arts Center. They meld Latin dance with classical and contemporary techniques. Tickets start at $10. 
The PNC Downtown Raleigh Movie Series continues with "Iron Man 3." Bring a lawn chair to City Plaza and enjoy the show from 5-10:30 p.m.
