Monday
Head to Five County Stadium to cheer on the Carolina Mudcats as theytake on the Frederick Keys.
Tuesday
It's Cinco de Mayo! Celebrate at your favorite Mexican restaurant! Gonza Tacos y Tequila's three locations (Durham, Raleigh, Wake Forest) will have live music, street performers, tequila flights and a special taco menu! Jose and Sons in downtown Raleigh will also be celebrating with live music, drink specials and the debut of its new photo booth.
Wednesday
The Raleigh Downtown Farmers Market kicks off today with a Pig Pickin'. The fun starts at 10 a.m. and runs until 2 p.m. in City Plaza.
Bring your furry friend to the Durham Bulls game tonight for Bark in the Park.
Thursday
Fans of "The Princess Bride" will want to head to Flyleaf Books tonight to see actor Cary Elwes, who will be on hand for a screening of the film, Q&A and book signing.
Also tonight, Zac Brown Band plays Walnut Creek Amphitheatre.
Friday
A great night for comedy!
The Kids in the Hall play DPAC and Jim Breuer is at Carolina Theatre of Durham.
