Monday

The NC Latin American Film Festival continues with shows throughout Durham and Chapel Hill.
Pop star and actor Nick Jonas is playing a special show at Methodist University in Fayetteville tonight. Tickets are $20.

Tuesday

IBMA's World of Bluegrass week kicks off its week of events in downtown Raleigh with the Bluegrass Ramble tonight at various downtown clubs.
Eat your way through some of the bet restaurants in Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Hillsborough during the three day Small Plate Crawl. The event starts tonight.

Wednesday

Plates restaurant on Glenwood Avenue in downtown Raleigh hosts a special IBMA Fesival kick-off dinner tonight. Enjoy music from Brendan Macie, learn about bluegrass and enjoy a special three course meal for $27 per person.
Also tonight, Mandolin hosts a wine tasting featuring Blackbird Vineyards. Tasting tickets are $75 per person.

Thursday

The 26th International Bluegrass Music Awards are held tonight at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium. Tickets start at $60.
Also, the Bluegrass Ramble continues at various clubs in downtown Raleigh.

Friday

Wide Open Bluegrass kicks off today with a free street festival in downtown Raleigh. The event includes live music, food, dance and more.
There are ticketed show happening at Red Hat Amphitheater Friday and Saturday. Headliners Alison Krauss and Union Station and Steep Canyon Rangers.
