Lots of great events happening this week to help you get to the weekend.

Some of the events coming up this workweek: 

Monday: Fire in the Triangle continues with the final week of the first round battles. Check Out and About for recaps of all the battles and the quotes of the night. 
Tuesday: The Black Crowes play the Red Hat Amphitheater. Tickets start at $40. 
Wednesday: Dishcrawl returns to Raleigh with a Taste of Moore Square. Tickets are $45. 
Bonus Wednesday pick: Bull City Beats Benefit for Women for Success - Dark Water Rising and Big Fat Gap play this fundraiser at Motorco. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 the day of. 
Thursday: Oak City 7 featuring Southern Culture On The Skids, Hammer No More The Fingers, Unifier, Brent Cobb, Jessica Long and The New Kind - free concert in City Plaza starting at 5 p.m. 
Friday: More live music with country star Keith Urban playing Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek in Raleigh.
Bonus Friday picks: Start the weekend off with a Hard Coffee Throwdown at Foundation - Barista-bartender teams make original cold-brew coffee cocktails and you decide the winner. Proceeds go to Backpack Buddies, which helps feed local children. Tickets are $5.
The Raleigh Mix, a new merchant program downtown kicks off. Participating downtown venues will have drink specials, live DJs and no cover.
