RALEIGH, N.C. — Beer and wine dinners, live music and a film festival are all on tap this week.

Monday

It looks like the start of the workweek is pretty mellow in terms of events. Check out the free Weekend Recovery Jam at The Pour House or see a movie. Recent releases include American Hustle, Devil's Due and Lone Survivor.

Tuesday

Three special dinners are happening tonight. Weathervane and Mystery Brewing paired up for a beer dinner, Piedmont Wine Imports and Cave Taureau created a five course wine dinner at Rue Cler and Watts Grocery is hosting a rustic French wine dinner with Hope Valley Bottle Shop.

Wednesday

The Found Footage Festival at the Rialto Theatre features videos found at garage sales and thrift stores across the country. Tickets are $12.

Thursday

On the stage today is John Heffron, a winner of NBC's "Last Comic Standing," at Goodnight's, and Queens of the Stone Age at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium.
Busy Bee Cafe in Raleigh hosts Sourfest, filling the taps with a variety of sour beer.

Friday

Round out the workweek with some live music as the Pixies play DPAC.
Check back on Thursday for our weekend Best Bets.
