NC Beer Month continues with Kegs and Egg and get ready for some free outdoor concerts.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A look at events that will help you get through the workweek in the Triangle: 
Monday: Enjoy some outdoor Zumba in downtown Raleigh courtesy O2 Fitness. They are continuing their free Shape Up Downtown series at 6 p.m. in City Plaza with the popular group fitness class. It is open to all ages and fitness levels. 
Tuesday: NC Beer Month continues with Kegs and Eggs at Cameron Bar and Grill. This "breakfast for dinner" event will feature pairings from Big Boss Brewing. Tickets are $40 for this four-course meal. Limited seats are available. 
Wednesday: Raleigh Times and Deep River Brewing team up for an eight-course beer dinner. Tickets are $50. 
Also, professional wrestler Mick Foley brings his own brand of comedy to Goodnight's Comedy Club in Raleigh. Tickets start at $25.
Head to Crabtree Valley Mall for a free outdoor concert. The mall kicks off its Music in the Valley series at 6 p.m. with the band Smile performing pop, R&B, disco, funk, soul and more.
Bring your four-legged friend to the ballpark tonight for the Durham Bulls' Bark in the Park event. Get tickets for $11.99 in a special pet section of the outfield reserved or buy a $25 ticket that includes a two-hour all-you-can-eat buffet. Thursday: The Midtown Beach Music Series returns to North Hills in Raleigh. The Embers featuring Craig Woolard take the stage at 6 p.m. in the commons area. Out and About will be out there so drop by the WRAL.com tent to say hi! 
Also, Herons at The Umstead is hosting a four-course Foggy Ridge Cider Dinner. Each course is paired with the Virginia-based cider. Tickets are $85.
