The OC Bar and Grill in Cameron Village will open its doors at 4:30 p.m. today (Wednesday).
The bar will feature hand-crafted cocktails from fresh squeezed juices, homemade mixes and fresh herbs. A lot of their specialty drinks are made with North Carolina ingredients.
They will have also have 16 beers on tap, including many North Carolina craft beers.
The menu features bar and grill standards with a twist like their grilled cheese made with habanero pepper jack and colby cheeses, avocado, fried green tomatillos and yellow mustard.
Pasta (including pork belly mac and cheese), steak, chicken and sandwiches and wraps highlight the menu.
They also have an extensive coffee menu featuring Larry's Beans coffee and Videri Chocolate. They also have spiked coffee!
Their desserts include a banana pudding brulee and doughnuts a la mode.
