The Department of Administration has released a $90 million fix-it list for state government.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Gov. Pat McCrory's administration has released a $90 million repair and renovation to-do list.

As The Associated Press reported earlier, "The state budget office described Monday where it wants to spend $90 million the General Assembly earmarked to improve state agency buildings. Lawmakers also voted this year to allocate $60 million to fix University of North Carolina system buildings."

The department announced the list via news release, and a memo describing all the projects is online as well.

The list covers everything from repairs to the windows in the historic State Capitol Building to structural repairs to parking decks. Roof repairs, chiller replacements and fire alarm systems are also on the upkeep list. Other items include:

Replacing the handicapped lift at the lieutenant governor's office. ($25,000)
Replace chillers, hot water pumps and converters at the New Revenue Building. ($438,800)
Renovate bathrooms on the second floor of the executive mansion. ($230,000)
Security improvements at the Charlotte Farmer's Market. ($196,000)
Removal of lead paint and asbestos and other repairs to the Old Health Building. ($898,000)
Repairs to the roofs of 84 structures in 18 state parks across the state. ($522,400)
