The Five Best Loaves in Miami

If you're a bread-lover like me, you may have spent a fair amount of time seeking out the perfect loaf for the perfect application. Like the most delicious whole wheat sandwich bread, or the perfect baguette for eating with a nice, gooey cheese. Thanks to the wonderful staff at the Miami New Times, I now have a list of the allegedly five best baguettes in a city heavily influenced by Cuban and other international cuisines -- in other words, a place where bakers know their way around a bag of flour.

This should be highly relevant information for Miami construction crews looking for a spot to stop and pick up some lunch or ingredients for a hearty sandwich after a hard day of work!
