Legend Dick Van Dyke doesn’t let his 90 years slow him down.
Van Dyke and his quartet, The Vantastix, were enjoying a meal together at a Denny’s in Santa Monica when they burst into song. Diners at the restaurant surrounded the group to record the free performance.
A tweet from Van Dyke’s Twitter account highlighted the video and said, “Breakfast at Denny’s with a side of grits makes me want to sing!!”
Commonly known for his singing and dancing roles in “Bye Bye Birdie,” “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,” Disney’s “Mary Poppins” and “The Dick Van Dyke Show,” Van Dyke is also a producer and comedian. He is the recipient of five Emmys, a Tony and a Grammy.
