A teenager was hit by a car Tuesday afternoon in the 1000 block of Marlborough Road in Fayetteville.

Police said two teens were running from the Glendale Apartments when one was struck by a car at about 4:30 p.m.

Paramedics transported the 15-year-old boy to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver will not be charged in the accident, police said.

More details, including the identity of the teenager, haven't been released.
