— Cumberland County sheriff’s detectives charged a local teenager Friday with engaging in a crime against nature while at school.

Investigators say Xaveair Antonio Hammonds, 17, of 6319 Raeford Road, took his victim to a campus bathroom at 71st High School where the crime was committed.

That charge is a tough one to put on a job application or resume. I mean, you could probably talk you way around a lot of crimes, but that one is sort of a conversation stopper.

Crimes against nature generally means sodomy.

Wonder what happened to the other kid.

    Praying for them both.

    God bless.

Your right pikemon. He either needs to be charged as an agressor, or both. Just like assault or mutual affray.

Great Reporting WRAL! What was it! If you're going to report on a story, then report it... don't just throw a bunch of random words onto a piece of paper.(Sarcasm, just another service provided by Bartmansan)

"They closed a park in Raleigh because of sexual encounters, how about the school?"

They should definitely close that school!

    Crime against nature...

"Sexual act" means cunnilingus, fel latio, ana lingus, or ana l intercourse, but does not include vaginal intercourse. Sexual act also means the penetration, however slight, by any object into the genital or ana l opening of another person's body: provided, that it shall be an affirmative defense that the penetration was for accepted medical purposes.

Just about covers everything doesn't it, and yes it can be same sex or opposite sex.

And I had to add the hyphens due to the filter, but that was copy/paste directly from the General Statutes of NC.
