If I had gone to a local hospital when I had my wreck, I wouldn't be here today. I was airlifted to Pitt. My wife and family thank God for that EMS who made the choice to send me there.

I would like to mention that I'm glad she is going to be OK, it couldn't have been much worse!

leo-nc --- Princeton is known for airlifting people all the time with non life threatening injuries! Makes no sense, but it is true.

"that could have been your child."

You are right. But it doesn't matter whose child it is, hope he has a speedy recovery.

this story is about somebody's child being injured in a car wreck, what difference does it make that she was transported by helicopter? maybe instead of questioning the judgment of those at the scene ,maybe we should be praying for her speedy recovery, and supporting her family, lord forbid the could have been your child.

Taylor is a she, and nobody said she was talking or texting. Accidents happen to young and old, and if she were leo's girl, I'm sure he wouldn't have a problem life flighting her after her car rolled 4 or 5 times and she was pinned under it for 20 or 30 minutes in 25 degree weather.

Do we need ANOTHER reason to ban cell phones/texting while driving? He's lucky to be alive, the next one won't be so lucky.
