Teen accused of trying to stab his mother
Raleigh police said they have arrested a teenager for attempting to attack his mother with a butcher knife.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police said they have arrested a teenager for attempting to attack his mother with a butcher knife.
Ronnie Jay Dupree, 17, of 619 Peyton St., was charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
According to the arrest warrant, he tried to stab his mother, Shirley Ann Dupree Luzzi, on Christmas Eve.
Dupree was being held Saturday in the Wake County jail under a $2,500 bond.
