Tasty Beverage Co. opening Monday in grand fashion

Posted August 17, 2011

This Monday, Aug. 22, Tasty Beverage Co. will open it's doors in the Raleigh Depot district with the help of 10 breweries.

Left Hand, Duck Rabbit, Schmaltz, Stone, Allagash, Great Divide, Anderson Valley, Ska, Uinta and Terrapin will be in attendance providing free samples to consumers.

"Masters of Beverages" Sean Pratt and Johnny Belflower will also have their shelves stocked with over 500 different beers available for purchase.

Tasty Beverage Co. joins The Union Tavern, Tuscan Blu and Jibarra in the Historic Depot district.

With the addition of Spy and one other gem (post forthcoming) currently under construction, the Warehouse District is finally staring to take shape as a worthwhile destination capable of entertaining for an entire evening.

The event begins at 6 o'clock and is open to the public.

...and right on the way home too!! Oh joy!!! Downtown needed something like this- there isn't anywhere to buy a drink downtown that isn't a bar really- at least on the west side of town.
