Because of the huge credit and debit card security breach at Target stores over the last few weeks, they are offering a 10% discount to all shoppers in US stores this weekend. The discount is valid December 21 and December 22.   No coupon is required, but make sure you mention the discount to your cashier. Holly posted in the Share the Deals section that her cashier had to scan a special coupon that was at the register and that she had to ask for the discount.  It was not automatically taken off the total and the cashier did not offer it.  You should be able to use this 10% discount in addition to other coupons and digital Cartwheel and mobile Target discounts you have.

For all the information about the security breach and the details on the 10% off from the Target CEO, head to Target.com.
If you did shop at Target stores between November 27 and December 15, make sure you monitor your credit and debit card purchases for any sign of fraud. Change your debit card PIN number and alert your bank if you see anything suspicious. If you are a REDcard holder and see any questionable purchases on your account, contact Target. For more details including steps that Target has taken to increase security, see the press release on Target.com.
