You can buy up to $300 worth of Target gift cards per household online or in stores and get a 10% discount! Maximum discount of $30.
The discounted gift cards that you buy on 12/20 can be used starting 12/21 at 11 am ET.
This offer only includes Target gift cards and not Target Visa, Master Card or American Express cards.
My local Target store told me that you can use the Target gift cards to buy gift cards to other stores (like Subway and Best Buy). You cannot use the Target gift cards to buy Amex or Visa gift cards.
