If what is stated and is true, there is no hole that should be deep enough for him. Such actions ruin the lives of children, something that they never truely get over, and often have to seek mental guidance in their lives, to try to lead a normal life. He might be lucky to stay behind bars..especially if it were my beloved innocent child. Our society is far better off without these types of pond scum.

I wonder what ever happened with the 2 year old a couple of weeks ago?

  • charmcclainlovesdogs2 Nov 20, 2012

point he is accused, but not yet found guilty.

We certainly know that. Are you protecting him? What about children? The courts will decide his fate. Looks like he is guilty though, because why is he being charge with this kind of crime if he is sooooooooooooo innocent?

Being arrested does not mean you are guilty. innocent until. Hopefully, this is the case but, if not, he will be punished by the laws of the land.

    Just Plain Common

yes the media should report. The courts will prove is they are innocent or guilty. The news media have the right to bring criminal reports. Otherwise, what would we do without news media. We would not half of anything without their reports. Thanks news media and continue to do your jobs with no concern to those who don't want themselves or whatever known. Bring it to us as you always do.

$10000 secured bond. Must pay $10000. He doesn't have that money available, and he won't get out of jail quick. I personally believe the news should only publish convictions as many people who are arrested may turn out to be Innocent. Being arrested does not mean you are guilty. innocent until. Hopefully, this is the case but, if not, he will be punished by the laws of the land.

"Okay, why does WRAL continue to do this. Post a story with so very many facts not yet revealed and causing people to become outraged at what they perceive the crime to be. " -- Heavenly

I think they just do it so we can all get a good chuckle when the ignorant conclusion jumpers start their jumping! It IS sorta funny, don't you think? And SO PREDICTABLE!

while those who hurt and abuse children are the lowest of the low, many/some when not really guilty, only accused and later found innocent, have their lives destroyed before anything is ever proven. i understand wanting to get the person 'out there' but it's hard to put something back in the box if things are found to not be true......not saying that's the case here, just wondering.

If found to be true, he doesn't deserve a trial. People who commit this type of atrocity need to be taken out and shot and left for the buzzards and wild dogs. Some will say he is sick, but I don't think he should be allowed to live and possibly do the same again, and he will. cwinslow
