Durham, N.C. — Durham police on Tuesday asked for the public's help as they continue to search for a man charged in the February shooting death of a Durham woman.
Warrants have been issued charging Arsenio Jarmal Lamberth, 23, with murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle, possession of a firearm by and convicted felon and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
His brother, Dominique Xazier Lamberth, 23, of Creedmoor was arrested in March on the same charges stemming from the Feb. 26 death of 25-year-old Kourtney Krista Dawson.
Police said the brothers robbed a man of $20 at gunpoint and then fired shots at the man's vehicle as he drove away. One of the shots struck and killed Dawson as she was walking on Holloway Street, police said.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Arsenio Lamberth is asked to call Durham police at 919-560-4440, extension 29325, or Crime Stoppers at 919-683-1200.
