Surveillance photos released in Raleigh Bank of America robbery

Surveillance photos from a robbery at Bank of America, 8371 Creedmoor Road, Raleigh, on Jan. 14.

— Investigators on Tuesday released surveillance photos from a robbery at a Bank of America branch, 8371 Creedmoor Road, on Jan. 14.

    They release these photos a full week after the robbery? Why would these not be released immediately? If he bought the clothes at, say, a thrift store, the clerk is going to be much more likely to remember the clothes the day they were bought, instead of a week later.

    Yes, BUT, the hat and face covering are rather unique, so someone may recognize those items. He will probably have tossed them (IF he is smart) but that would make me even more suspicious if someone I knew had something like this, now doesnt.
