College baseball season is ramping up. And, over at N.C. State, they have a bunch of special events designed for families starting with Disney Day on Sunday.

In fact, every home Sunday game is a Kids Day, which includes a family four pack that can be purchased online for $40. That includes four tickets, four drinks and four hot dogs or popcorns.

The team also offers Anthem Buddies. Meet up with N.C. State representatives at the marketing table before the start of the game. From there, kids will get to run on the field and stand with their favorite player for the National Anthem.

Finally, Circle the Bases happens after the games. Meet again at the marketing table in the middle of the eighth inning. Kids will get to run the bases.

And there are some special days coming up. Here's the schedule:

  • The noon, Sunday, game is Disney Day. There will be Disney princesses to meet and greet with. And one lucky fan will receive two tickets to see the new "Beauty and the Beast" movie.
  • April 4 is School Librarian Day. Anybody who shows their library card will get $3 admission.
  • April 9 is National Zoo Lovers Day. The N.C. Zoo will set up at the game with small animals and facts about them.
  • April 29 is First Responders Day.
  • May 6 is Military Appreciation Day.
The team plays at Doak Field on the N.C. State campus in Raleigh. More information, including tickets, are on the team's website. Tickets are $5 for kids and $8 to $10 for adults.
