Students Uninjured in School Bus Fire

— No students were injured Thursday morning when their school bus caught fire, authorities said.

The fire started in the engine in the back of the bus at about 8:30 a.m., authorities said. The bus was near the intersection of Six Forks Road and Featherstone Drive in north Raleigh at the time.

Two other school buses arrived a few minutes after the incident to take the students to school.

    It would be nice if you were to check with Wakefield Transportation (562-3630)so that your story would be accurate. The bus, pink rabbit, on its way to Brassfield, broke a hose. The fire dept was called and sand was spread to absorb the antifreeze.
    Thankfully, there was no fire.....and no need to worry parents
