Students Uninjured in School Bus Fire

No students were injured Thursday morning when their school bus caught fire, authorities said.

RALEIGH, N.C. — No students were injured Thursday morning when their school bus caught fire, authorities said.

The fire started in the engine in the back of the bus at about 8:30 a.m., authorities said. The bus was near the intersection of Six Forks Road and Featherstone Drive in north Raleigh at the time.

Two other school buses arrived a few minutes after the incident to take the students to school.
