RALEIGH, N.C. — Authorities were investigating four separate crashes involving school buses Monday in Wake County.

The first happened at Trawick Road and Skycrest Drive. The bus was carrying West Millbrook Middle School students, according to a spokeswoman with the Wake County Public School System.

No injuries were reported, but two students were taken to the hospital by their parents as a precaution.

A viewer who was behind the bus captured video of the accident on a dash cam. The bus braked hard while attempting to turn left as it crossed paths with a van.

Police are investigating the incident.

The second crash happened on Evans Drive, where a bus collided with a sedan. The bus was carrying students to Barwell Road Elementary School.

The district spokeswoman said no students were injured.

On Monday afternoon, a bus from East Cary Middle School collided with a vehicle near the school. Around 5:15 p.m., another bus was involved in a wreck near Carolina Pines Avenue and Lake Wheeler Road.
