Strollers now allowed at N.C. Museum of Art
The new policy means you probably won't have to park your strollers at the entrance when you go to the new Rembrandt in America exhibit.
Posted — UpdatedStrollers are now officially allowed at the N.C. Museum of Art.
I've never had a problem pushing my kids over the years around the main galleries. But an old policy that didn't allow strollers usually came in to play during the museum's special exhibits. I definitely got a workout as I carried my then one-year-old daughter around the Norman Rockwell exhibit last year.
Museum officials tell me that the new policy is about two months old.
I'll have more about that exhibit and how to talk about it with kids on Friday. And I'll definitely be back, with my kids, including one in the stroller.
