Stroller Strides, the workout program for moms and their stroller-riding tots, continues its expansion across the Triangle with the launch of new classes in Durham this month.

The program will be offered at The Streets at Southpoint in Durham. They'll be offering a free series of six workouts at Southpoint at 9:30 a.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, from Jan. 15 to Jan. 31. All local moms are welcome to join in the free workouts (they are a lot of fun). Find Stroller Strides by entering Southpoint by Panera Bread. Meet near the escalators in front of Belk. In fact, Stroller Strides is marking the new year with free classes at other locations in Raleigh, Cary and Apex from Monday, Jan. 14, to Saturday, Jan. 19. For the details about these, click here.
