Stroller skating returns to downtown Raleigh's outdoor ice rink this week.

Babes in strollers and their parents and caregivers can head over to the rink, which is in City Plaza on the 400 block of Fayetteville Street, from 10 a.m. to noon, Thursday, for special stroller skating hours. Here, adult skaters can push their kids in strollers on the ice.

This is a lot of fun and a great way to get a little exercise without leaving your child. The cost is $12 total for both the adult skater and the stroller-riding child. This would be a fun activity for a bunch of mom friends and their kids.

The rink is open through this weekend when it closes for the season.
