This is just another cost of living when you live in "the Rock". My car has been broken into twice. The Rocky Mount PD came both times to "investigate", but they couldn't have seemed to care less. Unfortunately in addition to the general economy, the mass exodus out of the city has left the housing market in a shamble and not many can afford to get out right now. Otherwise I would have been gone a long time ago.
