The winner of Bad Daddy's Burger Bar's annual "Baddest Burger Challenge" will be on the menu of the restaurant's Fayetteville location this month.

The BuffalO-M-G Burger, which was created by Melissa McLaughlin, consists of a "buffalo patty that sits on a toasted Brioche Bun with arugula and pickles, topped with tomato jam, cream cheese and house-made pimento cheese," according to a press release. Jalapeno bacon and onion straws will sit on top of the burger for an additional kick and crunch.

"I've been in the hospitality industry for 20 years, so food is essentially my life,” McLaughlin said in a press release. “When I was thinking about the burger, I wanted to take customers on a journey and include all aspects of the culinary experience – scent, taste, texture and color – into the burger."

Bad Daddy's chefs picked their four favorite burgers out of 70 submissions on June 13. An independent panel of judges sampled the final four and rated them based on "taste, creativity, and the use of ingredients found on the 'create-your-own-burger’ list that was provided by Bad Daddy’s," according to a press release.

The burger will be on the menu through the entire month of July, so visit the Bad Daddy's in Fayetteville before July 31 if you want to experience the BuffalO-M-G Burger.
