Victim in Falls Lake boating accident identified
On Wednesday, the Wake County Sheriff's Office identified the man who was missing for over 30 hours from Sunday afternoon to Monday night.
The boater who died Sunday at Falls Lake has been identified by the Wake County Sheriff's Office Wednesday evening.
According to a spokesperson with the Sheriff's Office, the victim is 21-year-old Raiquann Massenburg.
Massenburg and another boater were involved in a crash on the lake Sunday during severe storms. Another man was injured on the boat Massenburg was on.
Authorities searched for over 30 hours before locating and recovering Massenburg's body Monday night.
