Suspect sought in Durham shooting death

Durham police said that two men forced their way into an apartment early Tuesday and shot a man to death.

Durham police investigate after a man was shot to death early in an apartment complex at 3307 Mordecai St. around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2012.

Durham police said that two men forced their way into an apartment early Tuesday and shot a man to death.

Carl Anthony Presley, 35, was killed around 2:30 a.m. inside his apartment at 3307 Mordecai St., police said.

Arrest warrants were issued Tuesday night for Kerry W. Graham Jr., 16, of 1315 Morreene Road, on charges of first-degree murder and first-degree burglary, police said.

Graham is not in custody.

The apartment complex is near Duke University, but police said no students were involved.
