Southern Pines man found shot to death

Southern Pines police were investigating the death of a 28-year-old man who was found shot at the Brookside Park Apartments Tuesday night.

Officers responded to the 300 block of Shaw Avenue about 11:40 p.m. and found David Rashawn Shaw dead from at least one gunshot wound, according to Detective Rodney Hardy.
