The promotion is valid for a 12 oz. sample of the Stretch & Flex Tart Cherry or Pineapple Kale and is redeemable in store only from 3/9/21-3/11/21. You can use the app to order the sample for pickup or scan the QR code in the app in stores to redeem the offer. There is a limit of 1 per Healthy Rewards account.
