Silver alert issued for Raleigh man

A silver alert has been issued for James Keith McGirt.

McGirt, 48, was last seen at 401 E. Whitaker Mill Rd., Raleigh.

He was last seen wearing a long blue jean jacket with a brown collar, red plaid shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. He is described as an indian male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 240 pounds with black short hair and brown eyes.
