Firefighters were battling a serious apartment fire in Raleigh for more than four hours Thursday morning.
The 2-alarm fire began Wednesday around 11 p.m. at Walden Woods Condominiums on Walden Pond Drive.

Six units were damaged, but part of the building is salvageable, authorities said. The American Red Cross helped at least 10 residents who had to leave their homes.
No one was injured. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
