Police Find Escaped Bull

Apex Police located a rodeo bull that busted loose from a pen outside a veterinary clinic Friday afternoon and roamed free through some nearby woods.

The 1,800-pound bull, named Bone Collector, was found in a field off Tingen Road at about 8 p.m. Police turned everything over to the Apex Veterinary Hospital, but police said they didn't know if the bull had been caught yet.

"Bone Collector" broke through a fence outside the clinic on East Williams Street at about 2:30 p.m.
